Good job this weekend on the fundraiser. We look forward to a good week of practice this week.

Coach Jeff Cole is back in town and plans to get to practice as well. Make sure to make a good

effort to be to practice this week as we will be going over new plays. If you miss practice

regardless of what reason you might have, you will be falling behind and loosing out on playing

time guaranteed. It is time for everyone to start focusing on what we want to accomplish with the

defense and offense and putting our bad habits aside. We have a lot of talent and with so much

talent we can go far but as it has been stated before talent only will take you so far. There are so

many factors that go into reaching higher levels. In order for us to go to a higher level we have to

be willing to do three things:



1) Participate in the strength and conditioning program consistently.



2) Be willing to do exactly what the coaches say



3) Be willing to break old habits and work on improving technique



Be ready for glory and prepare for victory!!!
